One price. One week. Zero logistics.

Pick a date and a route — everything else is handled. The vessel, the captain, the fuel, the port fees, the meals, the Wi-Fi. You show up with a laptop and board a boat that is already ready to go. If the weather turns, we reroute. If something breaks, we fix it. If you need a quiet desk, it is waiting.
What you actually get

A week built for real remote work

The day has a shape: deep work in the morning, sailing in the afternoon, honest dinners on deck. Everything below is already in the price.

Workspace that actually works

Starlink or 4G depending on the route, real power outlets, a stable desk, and shaded spots for calls. Morning work blocks run on anchor — no sailing while you are in focus.

Everything in one price

Charter, licensed skipper, fuel, port and marina fees, groceries for the week, bed linen, end-cleaning. No surprise invoices, no tip pressure, no "extras" at the end.

A day with rhythm, not chaos

Morning: coffee and 3 hours of deep work at anchor. Midday: swim, lunch, short sail to the next bay. Afternoon: second work block or excursion. Evening: dinner on deck, optional stargazing or a walk through the port town.

A group that came to work

Every berth is sold to someone who chose this on purpose. No stag parties, no pure tourists. Expect engineers, founders, designers, writers — people who respect focus hours and keep the group small.

Certified crew, 18 years at sea

Run in partnership with RYC Sailing — IYT-certified captains, routes the crew has sailed hundreds of times, and safety procedures that predate remote work by two decades.

Flexible, weather-aware routing

The itinerary is a direction, not a contract. If wind or swell says no, the captain reroutes to protect the workday first and the sightseeing second. You never lose a focus block to bad weather.

Where we sail

Our Sailing Destinations

We operate in five countries across the Mediterranean, Adriatic, and Andaman seas. Each destination offers a unique combination of sailing conditions, cultural richness, and remote work infrastructure.
Turkey
Turkey. Turkey's Aegean and Mediterranean coasts are the best-equipped stretch of the Mediterranean for yacht-based remote work. Göcek, Fethiye, and Marmaris offer protected anchorages for stable morning work blocks, reliable 5G in marinas, and Starlink on passage. The charter infrastructure is mature — which means fewer surprises and more focus time.
Greece
Greece. The Cyclades offer something rare: iconic scenery that doesn't get in the way of work. Solid marina Wi-Fi, protected bays for anchor-days, and a sailing culture that runs on schedule. Work mornings in a Santorini caldera. Island-hop afternoons. The views are a feature, not a distraction.
Croatia
Croatia. Croatia has the best marina infrastructure in the Adriatic — which matters when your sprint doesn't pause for logistics. Hundreds of sheltered islands mean calm anchor-days for deep work. Fast marina Wi-Fi in Split, Šibenik, Zadar. And yes, the Roman emperor's summer villa is right there — but you'll see it after the standup.
Montenegro
Montenegro. Montenegro is Croatia's quieter neighbour — same Adriatic quality, half the boat traffic. Kotor Bay offers some of the calmest anchorages in the region, ideal for focus-heavy workdays. Strong marina Wi-Fi in Tivat and Bar. A good pick when you want the Adriatic without the August crowds.
Thailand
Thailand. Thailand's Andaman Sea is where the visuals go off the charts — limestone karsts, hidden lagoons, water that doesn't look real. Connectivity runs on 4G with Starlink as backup. The timezone works well for teams with European stakeholders: mornings free for deep work, afternoon calls land in EU business hours. A workation that's genuinely hard to describe to people who haven't done it.
